Some of the world’s best produce grows right here in Ontario. We work with local farmers and vendors to source produce at peak ripeness to ensure freshness is baked into the pies and tarts we make.

What’s more, we only use natural grains, nuts, dairy, unbleached flour, fresh whole eggs and pure Belgian chocolate in our carefully prepared baked goods. In fact, when it comes to our ingredients, if we can’t pronounce it, we don’t use it. That means we don’t use additives, artificial colours or preservatives. Quite simply, we don’t use junk.
